Sampoerna University – FET Signed MoU with P2MM-LIPI
On Wednesday, 2 May 2018, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) of Sampoerna University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Research Center for Metallurgy and Materials-Indonesian Institute of Sciences (P2MM-LIPI).
Dr. Ammar M. Aamer (Dean of Engineering and Technology) and Dr. Gagus Ketut Sunnardianto (FET Lecturer and Project Coordinator) met the LIPI management—represented by Dr. Ing. Andika Widya Pramono (Head of Research Center for Metallurgy and Materials), Dr. Ika Kartika (Head of Management and Dissemination Research Results), and Dr. Murni Handayani (LIPI Researcher). During the meeting at LIPI, the team discussed how to capitalize on this research collaboration to prepare our graduates to be work ready.
The scope of this agreement is as follows:
P2MM-LIPI is a leading research institute in the world. Thus, this initiative will strengthen the research collaboration between P2MM-LIPI and FET of Sampoerna University.
“I am delighted that FET and LIPI have a strong commitment to collaborate in all aspects of education, research, and technology,” declared Dr. Aamer after the signing ceremony.
